Oh Yeah! Protein Wafer Bars review

- peanut butter cup:   I Love it!  The texture and flavor is good.

- vanilla cream:  great!  reminds me of sugar cookies

- chocolate chocolate:   eh.  I love chocolate but it needs a bit more sweet to make it like a Kit Kat bar.

- vanilla peanut buttter cream:  tastes like medicine

- chocolate mint:  tastes like medicine..this could have been good

- chocolate peanut butter:  pretty good, kinda like a butterfingers bar.  Not as good as the peanut butter one though.


Over all, I like them.  Kinda high in fat and it doesn't stay with you very long if you're eating it for a meal but it's crunchy and sinfulicious. 

All of them have the same nutritional value:
210 calories
14 g protein
13g fat
8g carbs
2g fiber

what a kwinkee dinkee,

I had gone to 24hr fitness this evening after responding and they had the "oh yeah protein wafer bars", 2.00 each or a box for 18.00. Was so excited too see them and got the vanilla cream wafer     "delicious"
Should of waited for your response and saved money, thanks again so much for sharing, always looking for an easy protein!!

Jan..I received one from a company as a sample...I ate that things so slowly to make it last..it was the choco-peanut butter one. I thought it was to Die for...i haven't ordered any, i am afraid i would use it as a treat and go overboard...but, they are so rich and decadent, it took me 3 days to eat a whole one.  they fill up and satisfy almost immediately, just after 2 bites.
